Our Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) are experts in their field. They have undergone rigorous training in all aspects of real estate, technology, customer care, early-stage investment opportunities etc. The reason why our startups are so satisfied is due to the fact that each one of them is offered a Business Relationship Manager from their first day at Plug and Play Tech Center. The BRM stays with the company throughout its life at Plug and Play and makes sure that all its needs and wants are met. The BRM is aware at all times of the stage the startups are in, and also of its wants and needs. It is the duty of a Plug and Play BRM to make the startup successful.
