Real Estate

Real estate is 20% of Plug and Play’s offering. We offer flexible month-to-month leases to technology startup companies in our fun and interactive campus. All our cubicles and office spaces are fully furnished in our modern facilities, so all you have to bring is your laptop and your startup ideas!

Fundraising & VC Relationships

VCs look to Plug and Play for deal flow. We’ve helped the startup companies raise $350 million in venture funding through our partner venture capital firms as well as our investment arm, Amidzad Partners. We have very close relationships with tier 1 VCs in the valley such as Norwest Ventures, DFJ, Battery Ventures, Foundation Capital, Menlo Ventures, Sequoia Capital and Accel Partners. They come to our facility once a month for new deals and brainstorming sessions

Corporate Development

Apart from fundraising, we help the startups with corporate development, fill in board seats and advisory board seats and help build their management teams. Plug and Play gets monthly visits and partnerships with established Silicon Valley corporations such as Sun, Ebay, Google, Lenovo, Yahoo, Nokia, PG&E, Intel and so on, who are looking for strategic investments, partnership opportunities and acquisitions.

Tier 1 Service Providers & Associations

Plug and Play has strategic relationships with best of the breed service providers and associations that offer superb value-added services to the startups. For our financial connections, we have close relationships with WaMu, BridgeBank and Silicon Valley Bank; for legal relationships, Fenwick & West, Greenberg Traurig, Orrick, WSGR, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman are our friends; for entrepreneur associations, we have TiE, FountainBlue, SVASE, SDForum, Anza and so on.
