Security

Access to Data Center is controlled via encrypted proximity card readers devices and Biometric hand readers. All access to the data center is audited.

Environmental Controls

Redundant chillers and multiple air conditioning units pumping cold air into the raised floor of the data center. Chilled water is provided by our redundant 400 tons water base chillers. Extra chilled water supply and return valves are available, allowing additional VAC units incase increased cooling capacity requirement arises.

Power Infrastructure

Data Center is powered by sixteen megawatt substation onsite. Strategically located on multiple grids, one of which is used to power emergency facilities, guaranteeing uptime for all but the most serious outages.

  • Site fitted with a conditioned UPS and a 750 Kilowatt diesel-powered generator equipped with an automatic transfer switch and 700 gallons of fuel onsite.
  • Short notice refueling contracts ensure that in the event of an extended power outage our facility is able to stay powered.
  • Each cabinet can have up to three 20 amp circuits.
Fire Detection and Suppression
  • Multi-zoned fire suppression system.
  • Dual alarm activation as well as cross zone detection.
  • Sprinklers are site specific, limiting equipment exposed to water and will only activate if the sprinkler head melts of breaks.
