University Pavilion

This program is designed for very early stage startups that are still studying or have just graduated from a University. We give the student startup an opportunity to get their feet wet in the entrepreneurial world, by providing deferred rent space for three months. The students/graduates would get an opportunity to have a real office space and take advantage of all services tangible and intangible that are offered here at Plug and Play Tech Center. During the three months we will be observing the student companies closely in order to make a decision at the end of the time period. If the company gets funding whether from Amidzad Ventures or through any other source, the company is required to pay us the back rent for the three months that they spent here. However, if the company does not raise any money or become profitable, we try to evaluate whether there is any further potential in the company. If there is potential we give another three months of deferred rent. If not, we do not charge the back rent and try to keep in touch as the students decide to come up with a new and exciting startup ideas.
